The unique and exclusive Enriched Athletes Mentoring Program provides athletes with personal guidance, motivation and mind-set development as they pursue personal excellence both on and off the court.

Elite

Program

Providing the highest level of support along an athlete’s mindset journey, the Elite Mentoring Program is an all-inclusive program that takes performance and development to the next level. Combining athlete mindset sessions with pre-game preparation sessions, in-depth game review, skill development analysis and advice, parent support sessions, and coach support sessions, the monthly membership provides athletes with elite-athlete level support and guidance across all levels of their performance.

Mindset Mentoring Sessions:

Discuss key topics in mindset and mental wellbeing to strengthen your approach to sport and life. Work one-on-one with your mentor to:

  • Understand the power of your mindset
  • Build confidence, focus, and resilience
  • Create a personalised Performance Mindset Plan full of tools, habits, and reflections designed to support you at every stage of your season.

Session Frequency: Weekly sessions to begin with, tapering to monthly as needed. This flexible structure allows your mentor to support you when it counts most.

Game Review Sessions:

Watch your game film with your mentor to reflect on:

  • Skill Execution
  • Decision-making
  • Body language
  • Weekly goal resets based on key insights

Game Preparation Sessions:

Short pre-game mindset sessions to sharpen focus, reduce nerves, and reinforce your performance cues.

Game Viewing:

  • Observe key moments

  • Identify performance patterns and growth areas

Scheduling and Load Management:

Monthly check-ins to help you create a schedule that supports both your training load and wellbeing.

Core

Program

The Core Program is a 3-month intensive program for athletes looking to incorporate mindset training into their lives to compliment and enhance their on-court performance. Each month of membership involves direct access to your mentor as well as 3 mindset sessions and a game-day preparation chat, providing you with the space, support and tools to start your mindset journey.

Over the program membership you will deepen the working relationship with your mentor as you make a commitment to developing your mindset and supporting your wellbeing.

Individual Mentoring Sessions

Three one-on-one sessions each month tailored to your current goals, challenges, and performance needs. These sessions help you:

  • Strengthen your performance mindset
  • Build confidence in high-pressure moments
  • Create consistent habits and routines that support long-term growth

Game Day Chat

Short 15-minute mindset prep sessions available before your games to:

  • Sharpen focus
  • Reduce nerves
  • Reinforce your performance cues and intentions

Unlimited Support

Message your mentor anytime for check-ins, mindset reminders, and in-the-moment support throughout the week.

Athlete Journal

Receive your own copy of The Athlete’s Journal (valued at $35) to track reflections, goals, habits, and mindset progress.

Flex

Program

The Flex Program provides athlete with an insight into mindset training, without the commitment of the Core Program. We recommend at least 3 x 1 on 1 mindset sessions, so that your mentor can offer the most effective support that this program has to offer, and athletes can start to implement the unique mindset plan they’ll create with their mentor.

Momentum
Program

The Momentum Program consists of monthly or fortnightly sessions that provide continued support and ongoing mindset development for graduates of the Elite or Core Programs. The program is designed to build upon the foundations established in the initial programs and to offer guidance as athletes navigate the many transition points in their sporting lives.

Choose between fortnightly or monthly 1:1 sessions with your mentor to:

  • Reflect on recent performance
  • Refocus your goals and mindset
  • Stay accountable to the habits that work for you

Each session is tailored to your current needs, goals, or season stage—whether you’re in-season, off-season, or transitioning.

This program is about keeping the momentum going. Keep applying what you’ve built in the Core Program with regular check-ins, personalised tools, and mindset adjustments that match where you’re at.

Squad
Program

A 6-month group mentoring experience for young athletes (ages 12–19), launching with the start of the 2025 WABL season. This program is designed to guide athletes through the highs and lows of competition with practical mindset tools, personalised support, and a team to walk the journey with.

Because the mindset side of you game isn’t optional—it’s part of performing at your best.

Group Mindset Mentoring Sessions

Join one 60-minute group session each month with an online community of like-minded athletes (ages 12–19). These sessions are designed to:
